These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of speaklifeworkshop.com and your registration for and participation in Speak Life events, including Speak Life 2026.
By using this website, submitting a registration, or purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms.
Event Registration
Speak Life 2026 is scheduled for October 30, 2026, at Vineyards Country Club, 400 Vineyards Blvd., Naples, FL 34119.
A registration is not considered complete until the applicable payment has been successfully processed and confirmation has been issued.
Ticket availability is subject to event capacity.
Ticket Options
Speak Life 2026 currently offers:
General Admission — $97 per person
General Admission includes the full workshop experience, breakfast and lunch, guest panel, and other General Admission benefits described on the event website.
VIP Admission — $197 per person
VIP includes the General Admission experience plus the additional VIP benefits advertised on the website, which may include front round-table seating, a Trade Money shirt, and access to the full-day event recording.
The features and availability of each ticket type are subject to the event information displayed at the time of purchase.
Refunds and Cancellations
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by contacting Speak Life before the event so the attendee information can be updated.
Failure to attend the event does not entitle the ticket holder to a refund.
Ticket Transfers
Tickets may be transferred to another attendee before the event, subject to Speak Life's approval and any applicable deadlines or requirements.
The original purchaser is responsible for contacting Speak Life and providing the information necessary to complete the transfer.
Tickets may not be resold for commercial purposes without authorization from Speak Life.
Event Changes
Event schedules, speakers, sessions, activities, benefits, and times are subject to change.
Speak Life reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event program, speakers, schedule, venue arrangements, or other event details when necessary.
Such changes do not automatically entitle attendees to a refund.
Event Cancellation or Rescheduling
If Speak Life 2026 is canceled or rescheduled by the organizers, Speak Life will communicate available options to registered attendees.
Any refund, credit, transfer, or other remedy offered in connection with an organizer-initiated cancellation or rescheduling will be determined and communicated by Speak Life based on the circumstances.
Admission and Conduct
Attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward speakers, staff, venue personnel, sponsors, and other attendees.
Speak Life reserves the right to refuse admission or remove an attendee whose behavior is disruptive, threatening, unsafe, unlawful, or materially interferes with the event or the experience of others.
Photography and Recording
Speak Life events may be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded.
By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear incidentally in event photography or recordings used to document or promote Speak Life, subject to applicable law.
Attendees may not commercially reproduce, distribute, livestream, or record substantial portions of presentations or event materials without permission from Speak Life or the applicable rights holder.
Intellectual Property
Event presentations, workbooks, videos, graphics, branding, written materials, and other content provided by Speak Life or its speakers may be protected by intellectual property laws.
Purchasing a ticket does not transfer ownership of these materials or grant permission to reproduce, sell, distribute, or commercially exploit them.
Speaker Information and Educational Disclaimer
Presentations and information provided during Speak Life are intended for general educational and informational purposes.
Nothing presented at the event should be considered legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, or other regulated professional advice.
Attendees remain responsible for their own business and personal decisions.
Email and SMS Communications
By providing your contact information and consenting to communications, you may receive emails or text messages regarding your registration, ticket purchase, event reminders, updates, and related Speak Life communications.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of marketing text messages.
Third-Party Services
Speak Life may use third-party services for payment processing, website hosting, communications, registration, analytics, or other event-related functions.
Your use of certain third-party services may also be governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Speak Life is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from participation in the event or use of the website.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Information collected through the website and registration process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Changes to These Terms
